James Lawrence
Technology Experience Built on Real-World Problem Solving
With more than 25 years of hardware and networking experience and nearly two decades of troubleshooting Windows and Linux environments, Endpoint IT was built on a foundation of technical expertise, customer service, and a passion for helping businesses solve technology challenges.
Owner and founder James Lawrence first began his technology journey while studying Business Computer Information Systems in high school, where he earned Microsoft certifications and worked within the school’s Network Administration department. His interest in technology eventually led him to start his first business in 2012, building custom computers and providing technology support for local customers.
While developing his technical skills, he also spent 17 years with Buc-ee’s, where he gained valuable customer service experience and worked extensively with security camera administration and operational technology systems.
After transitioning into the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry and gaining firsthand experience supporting business clients, he saw an opportunity to build something different — an IT company focused on responsiveness, transparency, and personalized service.
Today, Endpoint IT Services combines decades of technical knowledge with a commitment to helping small and mid-sized businesses navigate technology with confidence.
